Online is a good start, and then when you are ready, can join us in-person at either UNR,TMCC, or one of our leader's houses near campus.
The Bible study format is short, for busy students, and no need to worry about how good your American English is. Just follow along and be a part of us.

A Bible Study for International Students
College students, especially us international students, experience many challenges living in the USA. If you are a Christ follower, your faith witll be challenged on campus. Whether it is the busyness of life, pressures for research results, keeping up with homework, and expecations from parents back home, we all have a lot of weight to carry.
Bible Study Fellowship is designed mainly for international students, needing a community to grow closer to God, while on campus or nearby. Our Bible Study is typically in English, but occasionally, we gather with fellow friends from our countries as a group (particularly Nigeria, Korea, Kenya and Japan) for occasional fellowship together. We also have a small group for African students during breaks called African Student Fellowship.
The study is simple, with focus on friendship, accountability, and application. How will we live out what we learned from the Bible today? This is a typical discussion question.

Deep relationships often happen in small groups. Bible Study Fellowship has groups and can create groups with 2 people to 8 people ideally. Even better, think of your friends. You can do a campus bible study with our help, together with your friends. Small, intimate, and relational. A way to share accountability and relationship with others.
Leadership Development for your International Life in Reno
Jesus was the best leader of all time. He modeled servant leadership. But before we can learn to be good leaders, we should learn to be followers . . . Christ-followers. Following Jesus leads to the upside down kingdom, where the greatest people are servants.
Throughout the year, including winter and summer breaks, we can go through a book on leadership; the way God has designed.
Learn leadership skills and character for leading any group, business, lab or project.
Whether you are a graduate student who must lead other researchers, or an assistant in a class for grading, you'll be faced with leadership opportunities and struggles here in the USA. Now is your time to learn from our King, Jesus. Our leadership one-on-one meetups and small groups throughout the year can bless you.

Learning to Serve Jesus and Make Disiples
Jesus says "Go and Make Disciples of All Nations . . .". We exist to learn how to follow him, and how to make more followers of him. Forgiven of sin, and the power to live a new life, with a relationship with God, a new purpose, and care for others.
We do not just want to be a secret, exclusive club, but rather, sharing our testimony, and the gospel with our friends and family. It starts in the comfort, and friendship of a small group of friends.

How long is a Bible Study meet
Typically, our campus bible study is about 45 minutes. Sometimes, we have 1/2 hour bible study small groups between classes or at lunch time. We have an off-campus study with a meal that lasts about an hour and half. You are free to stay longer and fellowship. But overall, our bible studies are short, designed for busy students, yet enough to make friends.
