Making Friends in America

One of the biggest challenges for us international students is finding the right way to make friends in our stay here. The same is true whether you are here for a short 1-month period, or immigrating to the USA. American events can be big, overwhelming, and difficult to connect.

Reno International House social activities are easy to join, smaller and safer, and designed for long-term friendships. Some involve meeting local families. Some are in the outdoor. Some are trips. You now can experience community and make friends in Reno.

Outdoor activities

The Reno area is full of outdoor activities. Whether you like hiking, camping, fishing, skiing, snowboard or many other snow and outdoor activities, join us for any of them.
