Request a Repair
Use this form to request a repair at one of the Reno International House community houses. This form is the fastest way to receive help, as it is sent directly to our maintenance supervisor.
First, see if it is a minor fix that you can repair yourself, like replacing a lightbulb, plunging a toilet, or tightening a door handle. Then ask a fellow house resident for help. If you still need a repair, use this form. Allow 1-2 weeks for the repair to be made. By submitting this form, you agree to allow our maintenance repair person to access your house and room, if needed.
If you live with a homestay family host, or partner apartment, please contact the property manager or your host for repairs.
