Use this form to request a repair at the Reno International House. This form is the fastest way to receive help, as it is sent directly to our maintenance supervisor.

First, see if it is a minor fix that you can repair yourself, like replacing a lightbulb, plunging a toilet, or tightening a door handle. Then ask a fellow house resident for help. If you still need a repair, use this form. Allow 1-2 weeks for the repair to be made. By submitting this form, you agree to allow our maintenance repair person to access your house and room, if needed.
